BE is a 23-year-old black American female who presented with complaints of abdominal pain with foul odor pruritic vaginal discharge. The patient stated the abdominal pain started 3 days ago and the virginal discharged has persisted for more than one week despite her attempts using an over-the-counter yeast cream. Patient-reported having burning, itching, irritation. The patient rated her abdominal pain as a 4/10, constant sharp pain that does not radiate. Patient-reported not been sexually active, with one partner and she uses a condom during sex. she denies any history of the sexually transmitted disease (STD’s)
