1. Project Scope Management – includes the processes involved in defining and controlling what work is or
is not included in a project. There are five main processes involved in project scope management but only
3 will be carried out for this project – Collecting requirements, Defining Scope and creating the WBS
(work breakdown structure). Use the methods and techniques as described in your textbook.

2. Project Time Management – involves the processes required to ensure timely completion of a project.
There are six main processes involved but only a few will be developed by your team. Use the methods and techniques as described in your textbook. *if you
want to use Microsoft Project for this that is fine if not manually through the use of EXCEL or WORD is fine…be creative.
a. Define activities – refer to book for descriiption

ii. Document to produce/output: Milestone list.

b. Estimating Activity Durations – refer to book for descriiption
i. Document to produce/output: A list of duration times for the above activity list. No specific template to use.
c. Developing the schedule – refer to book for descriiption.

or Project. Be creative…read this section before initiating.
3. Project Cost Management – The processes required to ensure that the project is completed within the
approved budget. Use the methods and techniques as described in your textbook.
a. Estimating Costs – refer to book for descriiption
i. Document to produce/output: Cost Estimate of your project. You will need to refer back
to your WBS or activity list. – Use templates provided and refer back to textbook.
b. Determining the Budget – refer to book for descriiption
i. Document to produce/output: Cost baseline of your project. Use templates provided and refer back to textbook.
c. Progress Report – At the end of each phase, you are to submit a 1page progress report to show the status of project (Use the template from Phase #1).
