For this assignment, you are to choose one of the cases below.
Case One
You are working with a female African American ESFP and a male Japanese American INTJ couple with the goal of increasing their mutual acceptance and improving their relationship. After familiarizing them with type theory, they are still competitive, each thinking her or his type is the “best” personality type.

Case Two
3b. You are working in an organization in which a female African American ESFP (Extrovert, Sensing, Feeling, Perception) and a male Japanese American INTJ (introversion, intuition, thinking, judgment) employee who are in conflict but who are expected to work together as a team. After familiarizing them with type theory, they are very competitive, each thinking her or his type is the “best” personality type.
Given the case that you chose above, respond to the following questions. Support your responses using evidence-based research, citing your sources in APA citation format.
Total assignment should be 4-5 pages, plus a title and reference page.
1. How would you further educate each of these individuals on personality differences?
2. Considering each individual’s culture and personality type, how would help them to align with the values and personality styles of each.
3. Suggest ways that they can work together, incorporating research on the ESFP and the INTJ into your suggestions.
