textual evidence that demonstrates the character’s trait
analysis that explains how the evidence connects to the character’s trait and that explains how this trait impacts the story in some way
transitions to clarify and connect ideas
a concluding sentence that explains the importance of the character’s essential trait and that summarizes the ideas in the paragraph
