1. Think of a time when you have worked with or interacted with someone from a different cultural cluster than the one in which you were raised. Describe some of these interactions, including some specific cultural dimensions from the readings.
2. Discuss a time when you were a part of a particularly effective change management process. What worked well and helped the organization implement the changes? Alternatively, you can discuss a time when you were a part of a particularly ineffective change management initiative. What caused problems?
