Students will utilize research, course material and knowledge gained from the textbook to provide a written, comprehensive strategy for their organization.
Strategy structure and analysis should include an examination of the internal and external environments, global and emerging market considerations, and a
detailed analysis using at least two of the following analysis tools: SWOT analysis, value-chain analysis, resource-based view of the firm, or a three-circle
analysis. Limitations, growth opportunities and strategic recommendations are also required.
If a student does not wish to analyze their own organization, an outside organization may be chosen with approval of the instructor.
The analysis will be typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12-point font and otherwise adhere to APA formatting standards. The paper should be
between 12-15 pages not including the cover page and references page.
