Take the StrengthsFinder 2.0 Assessment
Read Part I of the StrengthsFinder 2.0 book (Finding Your Strengths- An Introduction). Do not read Part II until after you have taken the assessment.
Take the online StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment, following the instructions on the last page of Part I of the book. Use the unique access code found in the packet at the back of the book. Note: The code is good for one use only; the results will be accessible ongoing.
When you take the online survey, be sure to allow about 30 minutes of uninterrupted
Answer the questions quickly, from your “gut” or “heart”. Your first response is usually the most authentically you, so do not overthink the answers.
Your results will be emailed to you immediately by Gallup. It will be a customized report designed for your unique combination of top 5 strengths.
4. Prepare a 10-12 page paper incorporating project information listed below (Point 5). 10-12 pages do not include title page and reference page.
5. Leadership Reflection Project Paper will include following aspects:
Introduction
Include StrengthsFinder 2.0 overview and summary. Provide an overview of strengths and how they differ from weaknesses.
Explore the book’s core concepts, the importance of focusing on strengths and how the StrengthsFinder assessment works.
Strengths Assessment Process
Explain the methodology behind the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment and its relevance in identifying individual strengths.
Describe the process of taking the assessment and receiving the results.
Highlight the significance of identifying one’s strengths and understanding what they entail
Project description
Describe the overall project and your role in the project.
Project materials if used (instructional videos or manuals for education or health care settings, brochures, community project etc. that were created for the project)
Any manuals, brochures, etc. created for project should be submitted as appendices in final document
Project planning and development (goals, objectives, strategies, target audience, and timeline)
Implementation will include strategies utilized to implement the project during the semester
Reflection on the leadership skills used during the planning and implementation of the project
Explain each of your identified strengths
Include definition of each strength
Provide examples of how each strength was applied in the various parts of the project.
How did you leverage your strengths to make your project successful?
Reflection on the overall experience of the project
Provide and share your insights and experiences from your participation in your project
Conclusion
Summarize key takeaways from your project.
Emphasize the ongoing nature of your strengths development

Include any resources used in APA format.
