Yoga2FeelGreat is a service that will provide basic and easy yoga classes that will focus on contributing towards the wellness of menopausal women by integrating fitness as part of their everyday lifestyle. Menopause to me is an area in modern medicine that is typically overlooked. Many women must deal with a number of medical issues prior to being properly diagnosed.
Provide a comfortable and safe environment for women between the ages of 40 – 55 who are seeking to better manage their insomnia, hot flashes, and weight gain due to menopause. With increased life expectancy, today, women spend one-third of their life after menopause. (Vaze and Joshi, 2010) The present need is to explore new options for the management of menopausal symptoms. Yogic lifestyle is a way of living that aims to improve the body, mind, and day-to-day life of individuals. (Vaze and Joshi, 2010)
My primary source of advertising would be on TV on all major broadcast networks and News12 for NJ local news, followed by fliers as part of the promotional campaign across different local buildings such as leaving on neighbors’ doors, malls and social areas to ensure visibility and attract a larger crowd.
