and long-term goals of a health care organization. The assignment will be a minimum of 8-10 pages in
length (excluding title and reference pages), in APA formatting, and a minimum of 5 scholarly references
less than 5 years old.
The assignment is to detail the following information:
A. Identify the mission, vision, culture, and core values of the organization (Hospital)
B. Conduct a SWOT analysis of the organization including 2-3 components under each area (SWOT)
C. Identify a problem based from the SWOT analysis and what gaps exists that could be changed for
improvement
E. Construct a strategic plan to incorporate into practice to achieve an organizational goal
