Select a film, any film, and watch it.
2) Write a 6-10 page essay about the film–an analysis that focuses on both the form and content of the film, and points toward a thesis/argument. Feel free to use any kind of Critical Theory (Marxist, Feminist, etc.) in your approach.
3) Use at least 3-5 sources to bolster your thesis. At least two of these sources should be from scholarly/academic sources. (Yes, you can use The Material Ghost as a source.)
4) Use MLA format for your paper, including all in-text citations and your Works Cited page.
