Pick a hospital setting for the paper.
The board of directors has asked that you provide a 750-word report detailing your strategies and recommendations to overcome the workforce shortages and to improve employee morale. The strategies and recommendations should be as specific as possible and include the resources needed for implementation. Your primary text and journal/website research must be used as a reference to support your analysis.

The following grading template will be used for Weeks 2, 3, 5 and 6. There are 50 points possible for each assignment.
CONTENT: (10 possible points)
10 points – Content is excellent, completely consistent, and appropriate for audience and purpose; contains excellent internal integrity; detail is rich and specific
7 points – Content is good and usually consistent and appropriate for audience, purpose, and medium; contains some internal integrity; detail is inconsistent
4 points – Content is minimally effective; inconsistent or inappropriate for audience, purpose, or medium; contains minimal internal integrity
1 point – Content does not meet requirements for purpose or audience
ORGANIZATION: (10 possible points)
10 points – Organization is excellent; ideas are clear and arranged logically and the transitions are smooth; no flaws in logic
7 points – Organization is good; ideas are usually clear and arranged in an acceptable sequence; transitions are usually smooth and effective; good support
4 points – Organization is minimally effective; problems in approach, sequence, support, or transitions
