The case study is a personal account of how a newly qualified registered nurse uses aspects of his/her personal development to enhance patient safety. You will need to critically discuss how you have applied these areas in helping you to transition from a student to a registered nurse. Through reading and your own personal experiences, you are challenged to critique your own thoughts and ideals around how you will transition from a student to a safe practitioner.
To prepare for the case study you will need to:
