The introduction to your paper should begin by providing information about your equipment. You will then progress to talking about your case study client, which will require you to begin by calculating the age of your case study subject and scoring the Sensory Profile or Sensory Processing Measure protocol (whichever you have been assigned). Once you have scored your protocol, you will need to complete some interpretation in order to plan intervention. In other words, based upon the information you have been given in the occupational profile and the scores on the standardized questionnaire, what areas will you prioritize for treatment with this individual and why? After you have explained your clinical reasoning for your treatment plan in narrative form using information from the occupational profile and standardized questionnaire scores as well as appropriate scholarly references to support your choices as appropriate, please generate 3 different treatment goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, and relevant. Finally, please describe 3 different intervention activities you could use to work toward your stated goals. In each of your intervention activities, you must incorporate at least one of your assigned pieces of equipment in a meaningful way. You can also use other equipment and materials in your intervention ideas, but you MUST incorporate at least one of your assigned pieces of equipment into each activity. To earn full credit for this assignment, you must submit BOTH your scored protocol and your narrative report. Please refer to the rubric for additional details regarding expectations and scoring criteria. Wedge Mat and balance beam are the equipment that must be used in the interventions, you can use others as well but those 2 have to be included.
